Heat transfer material is a material that can be cut out on a plotter and applied with heat to your garments.

Names on jerseys and shirts, Numbers on jerseys and shirts, Quick lettering needed on items, simple logos, when a color is not available in silk screen or digital printing, when a customer needs something in a hurry. Heat transfer can also be used for jerseys, lawn chairs, names on sleeves, lettering on dog leashes, team uniforms, bags and more.

Location and sizing of heat transfer material depends on the individual items. If they are unusual items we would need to see the item to determine placement and sizing.
Minimum Quantity for Heat Transfers
- 1 color logos – 6 pc minimum
- Names – no minimum
- Numbers – no minimum

Heat Transfer Sizing Guidelines
SHIRTS & JACKETS
Left chest or right chest logos
Standard width is up to 4 inches, but we can go up to 6 inches wide.
FULL BACK LOGOS
Youth sizes: 7-10 inches wide
Adult sizes: 12-15 inches wide
Maximum width of logo depends on size of the garment.
Standard letter height is 2 inches.
The size of the logo is usually determined by the item and area allowed to embroider. This will be discussed when items are in hand.
